Hi Chef Calbert
I had a great time at our fruit and vegetable carving class today. You were very patient and complimentary and made me feel so confident in my abilities that I want to carve everything I see(lol). I really want to thank you for helping me fulfill one of my life long passions. I am taking all of our wonderful creations to work tomorrow to show off to my coworkers. Thank you so much, and I look forward to our next class and to learning more new culinary skills. You are truly gifted and I feel honored to have you as my teacher. All the best.

Welcome
